On the Country genre side, Rhonda Vincent gets in there with 12 versions of classics that include the likes of “The Christmas Song,” “Let It Snow,” “Silent Night,” “Winter Wonderland,” and “Jungle Bells” amongst other favorite holiday songs. She gets off to a rollickin’ start with a countrified version of “Christmas Time at Home” complete with banjo and fiddle. She softens things down with “The Christmas Song” but unleashes the fiddle once again for “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.” Things get country-real again with “Beautiful Star of Bethlehem.”

There is a beautiful version of “Silent Night” that’s worth the cost of the album to hear all by itself. The bluegrass rendition of “Oh Christmas Tree” is quite good. And of course, the most famous of them all, “Jingle Bells,” is included here in all of its fun. It all makes you want plenty of snow to join in the season with.

The album, Beautiful Star: A Christmas Collection is available now for you to enjoy this holiday season with.
