Duane's Pit Stop [Editor's Note: Shhhh...Don't bother him!] Hootie Who and welcome back to another Pit Stop we have some information on the line up for the Snickers Game On show at the Millennium Dome, in London. “And why do they have Kelly Osbourne as a head liner puzzles me” Damn Yankees! With that final note let’s slam. Thrice Single - Thrice's unexpected single, "All Thats Left" is being heavily requested on LA's radio station KROQ and MP3s could be up sooner than expected since the original single release date was June 24, and the new album, The Artist in the Ambulance will be released on July 22. The Gimmes - have titled their next album "Take a Break" and it's scheduled for release on July 1st. These crackers take on the hits of R&B for this latest full length, and you can expect covers of Boyz II Men, R Kelly, and even a little Prince. The Gimmes will also have 7"s released this summer from the nice folks No Idea Records and Jade Tree Records. The Rocking Horse Winner Rocks No More this really sucks! Equal Vision Records' The Rocking Horse Winner have announced they have decided to disband. The band had this statement - "We would like to inform you that The Rocking Horse Winner has decided to part ways. Thanks to everyone who has supported us and offered help along the way. You made it a wonderful experience for us, and we're all very grateful for that. We apoligize for all the shows that we had to cancel as a result of the departure. Despite the wreckage, Henry is now pursuing a career in songwriting, Jolie is going to continue singing and plans on starting a solo project in the future, Matt is still banging on drums for his band called ROM, and Jeronimo is pursuing a career in graphic design and computer animation." Doghouse Has A Feable Weiner - Once again, a Nashville punk act has made the headlines. Doghouse Records has signed Nashville-based Feable Weiner. They'll be re-releasing their LP "Dear Hot Chick" this summer, which has some of the coolest packaging ever. You can check them out on the Doghouse Records Sampler CD being handed out on the All-American Rejects tour. Alice Donut - After 7 years of stepping out of the spotlight, Alternative Tentacles' punk rock band Alice Donut has reformed and are already slated to release an album soon. Sunday Still Is Being Taken Back - Despite the massive amount of rumors citing the band's demise, Taking Back Sunday has not broken up. However they are taking a step back to spend time on some personal issues that the band members need to focus on. They have cancelled their upcoming appearance on Jimmy Kimmel's show, but it is unknown as to whether or not they'll continue to be headliners on Warped Tour 2003. The Weakerthans Announce Tour Dates And More - The Weakerthans have plenty of news for you.
