As my luck goes, I "picked up" an interesting piece of malware/virus that can even fool Win7 and Norton Anti-Virus. This one works by shutting the door on my Internet connection between the modem and any browser I tried to open. It convinced Windows that every one of my programs were infected with some virus and suggested that I install an anti-virus program. When I clicked on the warning, a download box opens waiting for me to click on.
When I finally decided to go "new" again, I clicked through and found an "anti-virus" program NOT Norton, which started to scan my drive. When I used the Ctrl-Alt-Del salute to call up Task Manager, well, that was "infected" too and did not execute.
What fun!
On top of that, my AT&T network on my iPhone was up and down all day. iPads maybe? Who knows? But it does serve to mention that life can sometimes be a little interesting. I just wish all that interesting stuff wouldn't come all at once.
We have two reviews today for you that includes one from Lindsay Planer of our As The Disc Spins column. He reviews the recently released Shout! Factory DVD of The T.A.M.I. Show.
I have provided one for the just released Hacienda album called Big Red & Barbacoa, a tasty mix of '60s retro sound and a splash of Tex-Mex cool.
Back on Friday with more!

We'll be back on Wednesday! We have a review of the magnificent British Invasion 5DVD Box coming. I just wanted to let you know that it's pretty awesome.
I want to alert TAP readers to the fact that I have finally put together a FaceBook fan page that you can access and join by clicking on the badge below. What this offers is the exact same thing as my Twitter feeds provide and that is first buzz on upcoming releases and free offered downloads, many announcements that beat our main post, sometimes by days. We also provide a Google BUZZ page that expands on most of the Twitter/FB feeds. On Buzz, you can even hear the music stream if a stream is offered. There are still things that I'm working on in the FB page, like calender notes as well as links to great sites like The Second Disc. I invite you to join us at our FB page and bookmark it. Visit it daily and you'll be rewarded with much news and info. Of course, you'll still want to come to the main MusicTAP page for our noisy commentaries. Remember, with our Twitter feeds, you can elect to receive the news bursts as text on your mobile phone keeping you effortlessly up to date with stuff. Lots of choices. Find one, or two, that fits.
